A package for dispensing a pourable product has a first hollow body membe r (110), a second hollow body member (122), and a pouring spout (140). The f irst hollow body member has a first exterior surface (112) and opposite ther efrom a first interior surface (114) which defines a first internal volume ( 116). The second hollow body member has a second exterior surface (124), a s econd interior surface (128), a flow-regulating passage (132), and a dispens ing passage (134) separate from the flow-regulating passage. The second exte rior surface defines a second external volume (126) smaller than the first i nternal volume. Opposite the second exterior surface, the second hollow inte rior, surface defines a second internal volume (130). A fastener (152) is' f ormed on the second interior surface. The pouring spout is operatively conne cted to the dispensing passage.
