<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy saving, improve fuel costs, reduce CO<SB>2</SB>emission, improve transport efficiency, and reduce an operation labor by integrating a plurality of predetermined vehicles into a hybrid electric car by simple and brief coupling configurations. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of vehicles V1 and V2 are connected in tandem. The leading vehicle V1 of the plurality of vehicles is configured of a self-propelled engine loading truck. The second and subsequent vehicles V2 among the plurality of vehicles are configured of a vehicle selected from a hybrid electric car and an electric driving motor loading vehicle and a vehicle selected from the self-propelled vehicle and non-self-propelled vehicle. A driving motor load control means for controlling the driving motor load of the following vehicles V2 is respectively installed in the leading vehicle 1 and the following vehicles V2.
