<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a boiled egg enabling fine removal of the eggshell of even an egg freshly laid in the day, or enabling industrially efficient production of a hot-spring boiled egg when heating the egg with saturated steam. <P>SOLUTION: The device for producing boiled egg is provided with a processing chamber 21 in which an egg W is cooked, a processing steam supply part 3 which supplies processing steam into the processing chamber 21, and a transfer equipment 4 which transfers the egg W to the processing chamber 21 to be passed through so as to make the processing steam act on the egg W transferred into the processing chamber 21 to produce a boiled egg. In the device, a well-boiled egg or a half-boiled egg as a boiled egg W1 is obtained by supplying superheated steam to the processing chamber 21, or a hot-spring boiled egg as the boiled egg W1 is obtained by supplying saturated steam as the processing steam into the processing chamber 21 to cook the egg W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
