<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system having a plurality of power accumulating devices and voltage converters which can suppress loss, and a vehicle equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: Converters 10, 12 are connected side by side to a positive pole line PL3 and a negative pole line NL. An ECU 30 controls the converters 10, 12 so that when request power PR is smaller than a reference value, either of the converters 10, 12 is operated and the other is stopped.
