<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for activating p53 cancer-suppressing gene, and a method for enhancing affinity of an antibody. <P>SOLUTION: The method for activating the cancer-suppressing gene is characterized by the promotion of the expression of a GANP gene in a cell.
