<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit that achieving stable operation of each function block, without increasing current consumption and chip area in an apparatus and includes the power supply circuit and equipped with a plurality of functions by use of at least two kinds of transistors of different withstand voltages. <P>SOLUTION: An operational amplifier 1 which constitutes a regulator generating a second power supply voltage AVCC that is equal to or smaller than the withstand voltage of a low-withstand voltage transistor block 3 from a first power supply voltage PVDD, exceeding the withstand voltage of the low-withstand voltage transistor block 3, is configured with a low-withstand voltage transistor and a high-withstand voltage transistor.
