PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet washing device for washing a film with a liquid. SOLUTION: The wet washing device comprises: an unwinding part 3a for unwinding the film 2 wound in a roll shape; liquid washing parts 63a and 63b for washing the film 2 with the liquid; drying parts 64a and 64b for drying the washed film 2; and a winding part 11a for winding the dried film 2 into the roll shape.
