PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage balancing correction circuit of a series cell in which voltages of a plurality of storage cells connected in series are efficiently equalized without losing large power. SOLUTION: One end of an inductor L1 is connected to an intermediate connection point of two cells B1 and B2 in front and behind in a series connection order. Other ends are connected to a series connection end of one cell B1 or B2 and to the series end of the other cell through switching elements. Both the switching elements S1 and S2 are alternately on/off-operated. Thus, the charge of an inductor current iL from one cell and the discharge of the inductor current iL by a route where the other cell is charged are alternately switched and set. When a voltage difference Vx between the two cells is reduced, a pause (td) where the switching elements S1 and S2 are turned off is set. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
