<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the structure which the foreign matter leading to corrosion is difficult to adhere with these inner races or a caulking part easily by the structure of stopping the inner race fitted on the inner end of the hub body with the caulking part. <P>SOLUTION: The inner race 3 and the caulking part 9 are shielded from an exterior space by the cover 25 which is fitted externally to the inner race 3. Moreover, a slinger 27 is formed on the outer circumference end of this cover 25 with the cover 25. The axial inner end opening part of the rolling element installation space 22 is closed by the combination seal ring 24 which consists of this slinger 27 and the seal ring element 26.
