<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerobic digestion tank having a stabilized function of subjecting sludge of an aerobic state to solid-liquid separation and a sewage cleaning tank equipped with the aerobic digestion tank. <P>SOLUTION: The aerobic digestion tank is provided with: a solid-liquid separation part; an aerobic digestion part for aerobically digesting the solids or sludge separated in the solid-liquid separation part; and an air diffuser for supplying air bubbles to the aerobic digestion part.
