PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel loudspeaker system including a front loudspeaker apparatus and a rear speaker apparatus for getting a clearer sound image. SOLUTION: In the multichannel loudspeaker system having at least a pair of front loudspeaker apparatuses set at a front side of a listener and a pair of rear loudspeaker apparatuses set at a rear side of the listener; the rear loudspeaker apparatus is a baffle-type loudspeaker or a back load horn-type loudspeaker, and is mounted to a loudspeaker box with the loudspeaker facing upward.
