PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an output driver circuit perform driving operation at a small slew rate during transition of an output waveform and at a large slew rate in a stable period of the output waveform after the transition while suppressing the number of signal lines. SOLUTION: The output driver circuit 30 includes a level converting circuit 1, a slew rate control circuit part 2, an Nch MOS transistor NT1, an Nch MOS transistor NT2, a Pch MOS transistor PT1, and a Pch MOS transistor PT2. An input signal IN is input to a V/I conversion part 11 of the level converting circuit 1, and the slew rate control circuit part 2 delays the time when the Pch MOS transistor PT2 turns "ON" by a predetermined time behind the Pch MOS transistor PT1 when a high-side switching element turns "ON", and also delays the time when the Nch MOS transistor NT2 turns "ON" by a predetermined time bhind the Nch MOS transistor NT1 when a low-side switching element turns "ON".
