PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch circuit with less distortion of high-frequency signal. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor switch circuit 101 which controls flow and cutoff of a high frequency signal, the threshold voltage of at least one electric field-effect transistor among two or more steps of electric field-effect transistors 1-4 connected in series is set up more highly than the threshold voltage of other electric field-effect transistors. The semiconductor switch circuit 101, can decrease the amount of capacity variation of parasitic capacitance of two or more steps of electric field-effect transistors 1-4, so as to decrease the generation of harmonics distortion, thus decreasing the generation of IMD.
