摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-current conversion circuit having a transistor for voltage-current conversion and a bias transistor, in which third order distortion generated in the output current can be sufficiently reduced and deterioration in the gain and an increase in the current consumption can be avoided, and to provide a design method and a design system therefor. SOLUTION: The voltage-current conversion circuit has a main gm stage 101 for converting input voltages Vi+ and Vi- into currents and outputting them, and a compensation gm stage 102 for outputting a current for compensation. The size of a transistor 113 for voltage-current conversion of the compensation gm stage is 1/K (K>1) as large as the size of a transistor 111 for voltage-current conversion of the main gm stage, and the size of a bias transistor 114 of the second compensation gm stage is 1/J (J>K) as large as the size of a bias transistor 112 of the main gm stage.
