PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure that can be manufactured inexpensively, a connector assembly that has a high productivity and can be manufactured inexpensively, a connector structure having a high reliability, and a casing assembly in which those are used and which has a high versatility, and a motor-driven compressor that has these and can cope with model changes easily. SOLUTION: This is the shield structure which is composed of a conductive material, and which comprises a cylindrical part, a terminal for a grounding electrode integrally formed with the cylindrical part, a plurality of claw parts which are integrally formed in the cylindrical part and protruded from the cylindrical part toward at least either one side of outward or inward to the diameter direction and which are engageable with the shield structural body retaining member, and this is the connector assembly and connector structure using it, the casing assembly having that connector assembly, and the motor-driven compressor equipped with it.
