摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel having a phosphor layer formed by a vapor-phase deposition method, and having excellent sensitivity and sharpness. SOLUTION: This radiological image conversion panel has a substrate, a photostimulable phosphor layer, and a protective layer for covering them. The photostimulable phosphor layer comprises columnar crystals formed by the vapor-phase deposition method, and is in a state where the columnar crystals of different column diameters are mixed. As shown in an electron microscope photograph (A), in this state, columnar crystals of small column diameters are mixed among columnar crystals of large column diameters, and the columnar crystals of small column diameters are filled into gaps among the columnar crystals of large column diameters. Column diameter distribution (B) is obtained by measuring an average column diameter of the columnar crystal on the electron microscope photograph and showing it with relative frequency, and the distribution of average column diameters has two peaks.
