PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive torque fluctuation in change of fuel while keeping an ergonomically favorable operational status as far as possible, so as to ensure driving safety. SOLUTION: When fuel to be used is changed from gas fuel to gasoline, a target torque just before the change is maintained. Then, as time passes, a setting element of the target torque is gradually returned to torque characteristics by gasoline. Therefore, even when the fuel to be used is changed from the gas fuel to gasoline, there is no fear of a large torque shock on an occupant. After the change of the fuel to be used from the gas fuel to gasoline, since the setting element of the target torque is gradually returned to the torque characteristics by gasoline as time goes by, a vehicle can travel with original torque characteristics of gasoline without bringing discomfort to the occupant.
