PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the response characteristics of control calculation by estimating an initial load correcting means from paper width direction of the recording medium being an object to be conveyed to the friction correction within the control calculation, and by finding a final friction correcting quantity from the initial load correcting means, a load correcting means, and a roll paper residual quantity correcting means. SOLUTION: In an inkjet recording device having various conveying route such as cassette paper supplying, roll paper supplying, manual paper supplying as paper supplying route, the recording device is provided which provides the stable conveying of the recording medium with high product quality by judging the change of the load condition changing from various conditions, and by stably driving a conveying roller drive system.
