PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cooking unevenness caused by a strong radiation of microwave to food from one direction for heating and cooking in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: Two or more legs having a height of 1 mm or more are attached to a cooking container for microwave ovens so that microwave can freely goes between the container and the turn table or the lower face of the oven. Because microwave goes freely through the gap below the container, temperature increase becomes more uniform and effective in the cooking container than in other containers and heating from whole food and even heating and cooking are enabled.
