A method of requesting content from a communication server in a mobile communication network is provided. The method compris determining whether the mobile device is in a first mode (S410); requesting content for delivery to the mobile device, while the mobi device is in the first mode (S420); and discontinuing requesting the content if the mobile device is in a second mode (S440), wherein the first mode is distiguishable from the second mode based on length of lack of user interaction with the mobile device to perform o or more functions. |
