A ROAD SYSTEM FOR PASSENGER, MOTOR VEHICLES AND NON-MOTOR VEHICLES THAT SEPARATED AND A METHOD THEREOF

A road system for passenger, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles that separated and a method thereof are provided. A slow roadway is composed of a double-layer road. The double slow roadway and the roadway for motor vehicles (9) are separated from each other and they haven't the grade crossings. The topper roadway (1) and the lower roadway (2) are opened for all-weather. A method for setting the road system includes following steps: the one roadway of the double slow roadway is use as the roadway for passenger, and the other roadway of that is used as the roadway for non-motor vehicles.
