A sticker adhesion device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a vehicle front window from becoming dirty by adhering stickers onto the vehicle front window without using an adhesive. A stick adhesion device for a vehicle, includes a body(100), a supporter(300), and an elastic connector(200). The body has a plurality of arms(110) in which one of the arms serves as a connection arm(120) and other arms have ends for adhesion of stickers. The supporter has a bottom on which an adhesive member(320) is formed and a top surface on which a connection end(310) is formed. The elastic connector is joined to the connection arm of the body and the connection end of the supporter. Stickers are adhered onto the vehicle front window by using the elastic force of the elastic connector.
