<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement and a method which ligate to coagulate a tissue. <P>SOLUTION: One embodiment provides an implement which is constructed to approach an operation site to treat and has an end effector capable of ligating to coagulate an object tissue, wherein the end effector may comprise at least one ligating band which is detachably disposed to deliver itself to a part of the end effector and can be released from the end effector to engage with the tissue: the end effector may comprise a pair of electrodes which are disposed at an interval to adjoin the tissue contact area of the end effector to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
