<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker operation determination system capable of preventing a failure in a power system by grasping, before operation, such an operation of the circuit breaker which likely causes a problem in the power system. <P>SOLUTION: The determination system comprises an open/close state memory means 5 which stores the open/close state of the circuit breaker in the power system, a premise condition memory means 4 which stores a premise condition that is a premise for permitting the operation of each circuit breaker, a simulated operation commanding means 1 for commanding the simulated operation of the circuit breaker for determining permission of the operation, and a determination means 2 which determines the permission of the operation of the circuit breaker by comparing the premise condition for the operation that has been compared with the open/close state of the circuit breaker that is stored in the open/close state memory means 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
