<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize prevention of generation of a short circuit by forming an exposed region of a pair of surface electrode parts at a prescribed position of a ceramic board. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic board 2 which is formed nearly in a rectangular shape, in which one side face of the outer peripheral faces is formed as a striking face 2c struck to positioning faces 20a, 20a of a radiator 16, and in which one face in the thickness direction is formed as an element arrangement face 2a at which a semiconductor light-emitting element is arranged, prescribed conductive patterns 5, 5 which have been formed on the ceramic board, a light-emitting part 3A which has the semiconductor light-emitting element 3, and a pair of positive and negative surface electrode parts 6, 6 which have been formed in the ceramic board and which have been connected to the semiconductor light-emitting element via an electroconductive pattern are installed, and at least one part of the pair of the surface electrode parts is made to be the exposed regions 6a, 6a exposed on an element arrangement face of the ceramic board.
