<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for acquiring a coordinate for inspection of a printed board that can automatically creating a coordinate required for a clip test from a predetermined object disposed in the printed board and can automate the clip test. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a camera for photographing the printed board, an object detecting section for detecting, using a pattern matching, a predetermined object disposed in the printed board from image data photographed with camera, and a coordinate position acquiring section for acquiring a coordinate position of the object detected by the object detecting section in association with the printed board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
