<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a gas supply state under an operation condition of a largely fluctuating load in a fuel cell system equipped with a variable gas supply device. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 1 is equipped with a fuel cell 2; a supply passage 22 for supplying fuel gas supplied from a fuel supply source 21 to the fuel cell 2; the variable gas supply device 28 controlling a gas state on the upstream side of the supply passage 22 and supplying to the downstream side; an exhaust passage 23 through which fuel offgas exhausted from the fuel cell 2 flows; and an exhaust valve 31 exhausting gas in the exhaust passage 23 to the outside, and controls a gas supply state from the variable gas supply device 28 according to the power generation request to the fuel cell 2, and is furthermore equipped with an exhaust control means 7 regulating gas exhaust from the exhaust valve 31 when the varying amount per hour of power generation request to the fuel cell 2 exceeds the prescribed threshold value during opening of the exhaust valve 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
