<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the corrosion of a separator or the like particularly on the high potential side. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid passage 15 continuing in a stack direction in stacking a plurality of cells 2 is formed in a separator 20, and a high-potential member 9 having at least a part set at higher potential than that of the highest-potential separator 20 within a cell layered product 3 in power generation is arranged in a part communicating with the fluid passage 15.
