PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device for a portable wireless terminal, which is biaxially rotated. SOLUTION: In the hinge device for a portable wireless terminal providing a first housing, a second housing, a first hinge axis line, and a second axis axis line, the hinge device is provided with: a first hinge module 100 having a first hinge base 101 and a second hinge base 102; and a second hinge module 200 fixed to the second housing, and connecting the second housing to the second hinge base to make the second housing rotatable with respect to the first hinge axis line. The first hinge base is provided with: a fixed plate fixed on the first housing; and a base plate fixed on the fixed plate, and having a crimp surface facing to a lower end surface of the second hinge base formed thereon.
