<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing magnetic tape transferring sheet capable of preventing occurrence of sparks and preventing fire during manufacture and magnetic data damage at the time of magnetic reading or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The forgery preventing magnetic tape transferring sheet is composed of: a protection layer which can be exfoliated from the supporting body; a diffraction structure forming layer which is transparent and has minute rugged surface for producing diffracted light; a diffraction effect layer which is made of an optical thin film provided by being brought into close contact with ruggedness of the rugged surface and which reflects light passed through the diffraction structure forming layer; a magnetic recording layer which is provided by covering the diffraction effect layer; and an adhering layer which is provided by covering the magnetic recording layer, which are formed on a sheet-shaped substrate in this order from the substrate. In the forgery preventing magnetic tape transferring sheet, the diffraction effect layer is made of a metallic thin film and marine island structure where the metallic thin film partially exists is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
