<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a conventional organic solvent recovery method, since a cooling unit for liquefying a vapor of an organic solvent and a separator for separating the organic solvent and water are required, an apparatus is made to a large size and an initial cost becomes higher. <P>SOLUTION: The organic solvent recovery method of the present invention is characterized in that the vapor of the organic solvent concentrated by an organic solvent concentration apparatus 6 is returned to a washing tank 1 for washing a metal part or the like by the organic solvent in the gas state. Thereby, since the vapor of the organic solvent concentrated by the organic solvent concentration apparatus 6 can be returned to a generation source in the gas state without liquefying it, the cooling apparatus is not required and the simple organic solvent recovery apparatus 6 capable of being made to miniaturization and a low cost can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
