PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output buffer circuit capable of changing the rate of change in an output charge/discharge current affecting a power supply system as a noise and partly causing malfunctions or the like. SOLUTION: First and second output circuits 1, 2 are connected in parallel with an output terminal OUT. The rate of change in the output charge/discharge current of the first output circuit 1 differs from that of the second output circuit 2. When a control signal C is at an L level, a NAND circuit NAND 1 and a NOR circuit NOR 1 select and control the first output circuit 1, and when the control signal C is at an H level, a NAND circuit NAND 2 and a NOR circuit NOR 2 select and control the second output circuit 2.
