PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a color solid-state imaging apparatus which hardly produces a color mixture caused by light penetrating through a color filter obliquely, and hardly deteriorates in sensitivity. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes first imaging pixels 11A that receive first color light, second imaging pixels 11B that receive second color light, and a third imaging pixels 11C that receive third color light disposed in a matrix on a substrate 10. The first imaging pixels 11A have each a light receiver 12 formed on the substrate 10, an intralayer lens 13 formed on the light receiver 12, a first light attenuating layer 14A that is formed around the intralayer lens 13 to transmit the first color light and to attenuate the other color light, and a first color filter 15A that is formed above the intralayer lens 13 and first light attenuating layer 14A to transmit the first color light.
