PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear combination lamp mounting structure of an automobile so designed as to improve appearance by hiding a seal line. SOLUTION: In the rear combination lamp mounting structure 10 of the automobile for mounting a rear combination lamp unit for illuminating various lights toward the rear side in the vicinity of both ends of a vehicle body rear part, the rear combination lamp unit 15 is mounted from the inside of the vehicle body to a rear combination lamp mounting part 14 adjacent to the rear ends of outer board panels 11, 12 of the vehicle body.
