PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance sheet which enables efficient execution of a plurality of kinds of maintenances at a liquid jetting head, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus which can easily perform maintenance of a liquid jetting head by using the maintenance sheet. SOLUTION: The maintenance sheet 16 comprises a wiper part 54 which can wipe a nozzle forming face of a recording head at an opposed position; and a first cap part 53 which forms a sealed space between the nozzle forming face and the first cap part by bringing it into contact with the nozzle forming face when an opposed face 50a and the nozzle forming face are brought relatively close to each other, and in which an internal volume is made variable in the contact state. The maintenance sheet 16 also comprises holes 61 for discharging for making the inside and outside of the first cap part 53 communicate with each other, and ordinarily closed valves 62 which operate to open following a decrease of the internal volume of the first cap part 53 and operate to close following an increase of the internal volume of the first cap part 53.
