PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid receiver and liquid ejection device which can feed even the last droplet of the liquid without pressurizing while suppressing the degradation of the liquid property. SOLUTION: An ink cartridge 21 comprises a main body case 22 which has a fixed-form nature and a flexible ink pack 23 which is supported in the main body case 22. The ink pack 23 includes a bag-like inside pack 26 which has a relatively small elastic restoration force and holds an ink inside and an outside pack 27 which is formed bag-like with a material which has a relatively large elastic restoration force and be excellent in gas and water barrier properties and arranged outside the inside pack 26 so as to interrupt the inside pack 26 from an atmospheric air. The outside pack 27 includes a joint 27c which is joined to the inside pack 26 and an attachment part 27a which is attached to the main body case 22 separably.
