PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal having a required high frequency component without depending on a sound source in reproducing a sound source signal by adding a high frequency component to the sound source signal from which the high frequency component is reduced beforehand. SOLUTION: An oversampling part 210 generates a first signal s(t) by oversampling a sound signal from which a high frequency component more than a prescribed frequency is removed beforehand. A high frequency component generation part 220 generates a second signal X(t) having a high frequency component with a fixed frequency f on the basis of a numerical expression (1) in which a term of the sound signal or the first signal s(t) is not included. By multiplying the first signal s(t) generated by the oversampling part 210 by the second signal X(t) generated by the high frequency component generation part 220, a third signal Y(t) to which the high frequency component with the required frequency is added to the sound signal is generated without depending on a sound source.
