PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice communication server apparatus for executing voice communication processing between a telephone set connected to a line switch network and a communication apparatus connected to a packet switch network. SOLUTION: The voice communication server apparatus is characterized in that the server apparatus receives a call setting request for designating the communication server apparatus from the telephone set (123), transmits a call setting response and thereafter, receives a number entry for particularizing any of a plurality of communication apparatuses from the telephone set, obtains an address of the communication apparatus on the basis of the entered number (125), transmits a voice communication request packet whose destination is the obtained communication address to the packet switch network (126), receives a voice communication response packet with respect to the voice communication request packet from the communication apparatus to which the obtained communication address is allocated, discriminates whether or not the response is an affirmative response (127), and executes voice communication processing between the telephone set and the communication apparatus being a sender of the affirmative response when the response is the affirmative response (128).
