摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life control method of heat barrier coating capable of efficiently controlling the life of a high-temperature part by precisely estimating a deterioration state with respect to the high-temperature part equipped with TBC. SOLUTION: In the life control method of the heat barrier coating formed by applying a bond coating layer, which comprises an interfacial oxide forming metal-containing alloy, and a topcoating layer comprising ceramics to the surface of the base material of the high temperature part, the correlation of the thickness of an interfacial oxide forming metal lowering layer, which is lowered in the content of an interfacial oxide forming metal present in the vicinity of the interface of either one of the base material of the bond coating layer and the topcoating layer, with the average content of the interfacial oxide forming metal in the bond coating layer is calculated to measure the thickness of the interfacial oxide forming metal lowering layer of the heat barrier coating at a predetermined region of the high-temperature part used in an actual machine.
