PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a disk recording medium, and to smoothly insert and eject the disk recording medium. SOLUTION: This disk tray is provided with a disk tray 7a into which a disk recording medium 2 inserted from a direction parallel to the signal recording surface of the disk recording medium and to which a part or all parts of the disk recording medium 2 are mounted, and a guide piece 7c disposed roughly in the same plane in the disk tray 7a and formed to project to a side opposite to the insertion end side of the inserted disk recording medium 2. In the guide piece 7c, slopes 7e and 7f inclined in a direction where a thickness is smaller toward the tip side of the opposite side are formed on both surfaces.
