PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for printing on a glass plate, where toner on non-image area can be appropriately removed. SOLUTION: The method for printing on the glass plate G includes exposing a photosensitive drum 13 that rotates; making the toner adhere to the exposed photosensitive drum; and transferring the adhered toner to the surface of the glass plate G. The toner of the region, corresponding to a predetermined image pattern among the toner transferred from the photosensitive drum to the glass plate surface, is heated and/or pressed to be temporarily fixed, and thereafter, the glass plate surface is cleaned with cleaner 19, to remove the toner transferred to the region other than regions corresponding to the image pattern in the surface G of the glass plate.
