PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencer capable of efficiently muffling noise sound waves covering a broad, not limited to the sound wave of specific frequency. SOLUTION: A plurality of apertures are provided on a curve surface which is continuously formed from a rear upper section to a front lower section of a casing of a silencer main body, and the aperture with an aperture dimension suitable for a predetermined frequency in an audible band is formed by gradually differentiating the aperture dimension of a shorter direction of the aperture. Moreover, a reflecting plate and a sound wave guide plate are provided on the opening part, and the noise sound wave is captured and muffled using both diffraction and reflection phenomena of the sound wave.
