PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four cycle internal combustion engine improving durability of a valve system further in a case of high rotation speed and a vehicle equipped with the four cycle internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The engine 100 is provided with a tubular spring guide 130 supporting an outer circumference part of an outer spring 125.
