PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedclothes for sleeping face down which can be tailored to the size of the head and the cervical part of a user when sleeping face down by using existing bedclothes, and to realize the stability and preservation of prone posture by making it harder to turn over in bed. SOLUTION: A pillow part is suited to the figure of a user by making it a movable type. Contacting the head of the user on the curved surface of the pillow part so that it is difficult to turn the other way around and hanging the arms of the user crosswise from a breast pad mounting part make it harder to turn over in bed.
