PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tape fastener from peeling off from the outer surface around the front waist during wear. SOLUTION: The elongation of a sheet material 21a at the ranges R1 and R2 is lower than that of the sheet material 21a at the range R3. The range R1 is a joint range of the sheet material 21a and a rear wing part 12. The range R2 is a front end range of the sheet material 21a including at least a part of the joint range of the sheet material 21a and a sealing material 21b.
