PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet or a laminated sheet for massaging a foot sole, which has effect stimulating the foot sole as footwear and healthy mats and is capable of being worn and used for a long time. SOLUTION: The sheet for massaging the sole of the foot is protrudingly provided with a plurality of hollow frustconical-shaped projecting portions which are regularly arranged and opened on lower bottom side on one surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet.
