A structure of an assembly type outer heat insulation panel is provided to assemble and install panels conveniently by attaching outer panels to coupled isopink panels and EPS panels, and horizontally sliding the assembled panels along wings disposed on upper, center, and lower brackets, and to prevent condensation of water droplets by forming gaps having width of base parts between the wall and the outer insulation panels. A structure of an assembly type outer heat insulation panel has plural center brackets(10). The center brackets have band shaped base parts horizontally fixed on a wall(3) by anchor bolts. Wings are bent outward on top and bottom sides of the bases. Plural square EPS panels(20) have plural rectangular elongated ports perforated on the inner surfaces. Perforated insertion holes are disposed on upper and lower ends of the EPS panels for wings of the bases of upper and lower center brackets to fit through, fixing the EPS panel onto the wall between the two central brackets. Plural isopink panels, having insertion parts which insert into the elongated ports, are coupled to the EPS panels. Plural square outer panels(40) are attached to outer surfaces of the coupled isopink panels and the EPS panels, and finishing strips(41) attached on upper and lower ends of the outer panels connect the outer panels. A lower bracket(50), having the base part horizontally anchor bolted to the wall, is installed at the lower end of the outer wall of a building. The lower bracket has a "¬ " shaped supporting part for supporting the EPS panel and the outer panel installed at the lower most end of the wall. An upper bracket(60), having the base part horizontally anchor bolted to the wall, is installed on an upper end of the outer wall.
