<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope, increasing the energy density to an object to be treated while retaining the quantity of gripping force of the object to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment instrument comprises an insulating sheath 2, a pair of arm parts 3A and 3B disposed to face each other to project to/retreat from the sheath 2 to grip the object to be treated by the opening/closing, and an incision electrode 5 projecting from the distal end of the sheath 2 and fixed to the distal end of the sheath 2 to feed high-frequency currents to the object to be treated in contact with the object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
