<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric energy controller for properly controlling the total usage of power consumed by a plurality of electric devices. <P>SOLUTION: A shop is provided with an air conditioning apparatus, an illumination apparatus, a water heater and refrigeration facilities in which a plurality of the electric devices are connected to a single main power supply. The electric energy controller is provided with a power detecting section, a power monitoring section, an air conditioning deriving section, and an air conditioning control section. The power detecting section detects the total usage of power consumed by a plurality of the electric devices. The power monitoring section outputs a demand signal when the power detecting section detects the total usage of power exceeding a preset power value. When the demand signal is outputted, the air conditioning control section sets an initial value A as a current value of the air conditioning apparatus when the demand signal derived from the air conditioning deriving section is outputted, and controls the current of the air conditioning apparatus so as to be a target value TA lower than the initial value by a preset reduction amount Da1 defined based on the initial value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
