<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump device utilizing a well capable of utilizing an existing well and well water, and not causing ground subsidence and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump device comprises a first circulation passage 10 formed in a state of being submerged in the well water at its one side for circulating the first circulated water exchanging heat with the well water, a storage pump 50 disposed in the well and supplying the well water to the first circulation passage, a circulation pump 11 disposed in the first circulation passage for circulating the first circulated water, a direction changing valve 40 disposed between the first circulation passage and the storage pump, and allowing the well water to pass only in the direction from the storage pump toward the first circulation passage, a second circulation passage 30 for circulating the second circulated fluid 34 to heat or cool a load-side heat exchanging portion, and a heat pump 20 disposed between the first circulation passage and the second circulation passage for creating the second circulated fluid of a temperature higher or lower than that of the first circulated water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
